He was buried in Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Murray Harbour North, Lot 63, P.E.I., Canada, ca Apr 1867. He immigrated on the Commerce; Pictou, Nova Scotia, Canada, on 10 Aug 1803.
He married Elizabeth (Betty) STEWART, daughter of John STEWART (ca 1740-) & Ann McGLASHAN (ca 1742-), on 2 Apr 1799 in Blair Atholl Parish, Perthshire, Scotland.1,2 She was born in Blair Atholl Parish, Perthshire, Scotland, on 15 May 1777.1 She was baptized in Blair Atholl Parish, Perthshire, Scotland, on 18 May 1777.1 She died in Gaspereaux, Lot 63, P.E.I., Canada, on 15 Feb 1876. She was buried in Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Murray Harbour North, Lot 63, P.E.I., Canada, ca Feb 1876. She immigrated on the Commerce; Pictou, Nova Scotia, Canada, on 10 Aug 1803.
