Note: Campbell lists these two Boughton Island residents along with two Lot 50 residents in a listing separate from the bulk of Lot 50 residents. However, as Lot 55 is the actual location of Boughton Island, they have been moved over to join the Lot 55 listing, where they should appear. It is unknown why this occured, perhaps a transcription error by Campbell. The two Lot 50 residents they are listed with are Dan. Shiverie and Peter Shiverie, also a mystery, as this is not a surname common to Lot 50. Perhaps the Lot 50 heading beside the two Shiverie's is incorrect, and they may have resided in a lot listed as not recorded? This mystery will likely remain unsolved, as Campbell's is the only extant source for this census - the originals dissappeared followint the printing of the book. For those wishing to investigate this, see Campbell's History of Prince Edward Island, pgs. 215-217.
