This indenture made the Twenty-ninth-day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and six Between Levi McNeill of the Dock Road on Lot or Township number Four in Prince County in Prince Edward Island, Farmer and Jane McNeill his wife of the one part and James H. Hardy of the Western Road on said Lot or Township of the other part:

Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of Two thousand and two hundred dollars of lawful money of Canada to the said Levi McNeill in hand well and truly paid by the said James H. Hardy at or immediately before the sealing and delivering of their presents and the receipt whereof the He the said Levi McNeill doth hereby acknowledge and of and from the same, and any part hereof doth acquit release and discharge the said James H. Hardy his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever. By these presents He the said Levi McNeill hath granted released and confirmed and by these presents Doth grant release and confirm unto the said James H. Hardy his heirs and assigns all that tract piece or parcel of a Land situate lying and being on Lot or Township Number Four aforesaid bounded and described as follows:-Commencing at a stake set on the north side of the Dock Road and in the southwest angle of Fifty acres of Land owned by Michael O'Brien, Senior. Thence northeast along the west boundary of Michael O'Brien's Land for the distance of seventy-eight chains; thence west for the distance of sixteen chains or till it strikes land owned by William Matthews; thence southwardly along William Matthews east boundary till it strikes the north boundary of eighteen acres of Land owned by James Brennan; thence east for the distance of eight chains, thence south along James Brennan's east boundary till it strikes the Dock Road aforesaid, thence east along the Dock Road to the place of commencement containing eighty-two acres of land a little more or less. Together with all and every the eight privileges, easements, advantages and appurtenances whatsoever to the said hereditaments belonging or in anywise appertaining or thereinto now or heretofore holder, used, occupied, or enjoyed. To Have and to Hold the said messuages and tenements, land and hereditaments and all and Singular or other the premises herewherefore granted, appointed and released, or , expressed and intended so to be with their appurtenances, unto and to the use of the said James H. Hardy his heirs and assigns forever. Subject nevertheless to the Rents To become due exceptions, reservations covenants and conditions in the original grants or letters of the said premises reserved and contained. And the said Levi McNeill doth hereby for himself his Heirs, Executors and Administrators, covenant, promise and agree with and to the said James H. Hardy, his Heirs and Assigns in Manner and from following:

That is to say & that it shall and maybe lawful to and for the said James H. Hardy his heirs and assigns from time to time and at all times here after peaceably and quietly to enter into and upon and to have, hold, occupy, possess and enjoy the said messuages, lands and other hereditaments, herein, before granted and released or expressed and intended so to be wit their appurtenances and to receive and take rents, issues and profits thereof and of every part thereof to and for his and their proper use and benefit without the lawful let suit trouble denial, eviction, interruption, claims and whatsoever of or by him the said Levi McNeill his Heirs or Assigns or of or by any other person lawfully or equitably claiming or to claim by from or under or in trust for him, them or any of their and the said doth hereby release all the eight in and to said lands to the said James H. Hardy his heirs and assigns. In witness whereof the said parties have hereunto set their seals and subscribed their names on the day and year first above written.

from James H. Hardy within named the sum of Two Thousand and two hundred
dollars of lawful current money of Canada being the full consideration
money within mentioned to be paid by him to me.

This deed was acknowledged before me by Jane McNeill therein named apart from her husband to have been voluntarily executed by her and that she was aware of the nature of the contents thereof. Dated this 2nd day of January A.D. 1907.

Forever and being duly sworn testified that he is a subscribing witness to the withing Deed or writing and that he was present and did see the same duly executed by the Grantor therein named.
