Of a judgment in Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of a Judication at Charlottetown of Trinity Term in the Thirty fourth year of the Reign of Queen Victoria Between a John Alexander Ross Plaintiff and Daniel McNaughton and Thomas McNaughton Defendants in an Action of debt for Two hundred and thirteen pounds thirteen shillings and four pence debt and Three pounds costs.
I do hereby certify that Judgment was signed in the above cause on the Thirteenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy one 1871 – James D. Irving the Deputy Prothonotary of the said Supreme Court signs the certificate of the Judgment in the above memorial
