A Memorial to Rec [sic] registered pursuant to the Statute &o [?] of a judgment recovered in Her Majesty’s Supreme Court of Judicature of Prince Edward Island of Trinity Term in the Thiry third year of the Reign of Queen Victoria between Alexander Brown Plantiff and Donald McNaughton and Thomas McNaughton Defendants in a Plea of Debt for Four hundred Pounds Debt and Three Pound costs.
I do hereby certify that Judgment was signed in the above cause the 16th day of July 1869.
