The Last Will and Testament of William Large (- 1909, Charlottetown)

This is the last Will and testament of me William Large of Charlottetown in Queens County in the province of Prince Edward Island farmer which I now make hereby revoking all other wills and testamentary dispositions heretofore at any time made by me

I Will and direct that my funeral and testamentary expenses and just debts be a first charge on my Estate

I give devise and bequeath all my Estate real and personal whatsoever and wheresoever unto my dear wife Mary Large absolutely

I hereby appoint my said wife and my brother Philip Large to be Executrix and Executor respectively of this my will

In witness whereof I have to this my last will and testament set my hand and seal this twenty first day of June AD 1909 --

Signed by the said testator William Large as his will in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses - said will being first read over and Explained to him - he singing by making his mark.

The ann... Will of William Large being presented to Probate John T. Mellish one of the subscribing witnesses thereto made oath that he was present and did see the said Testator sign seal deliver, and also heard him publish and declare the same as and for his last will and testament and that when he so did he was of sound disposing mind and memory according to this deponent's best discerning and that he set his name as a witness thereto in the presence of this testator and that Rachael M. England and Philip Large subscribed their names as witnesses thereto at the same time.
