In re the estate of William Doyle late of Breadalbane in Queens County in Prince Edward Island,
Miller deceased intestate.

To the Honourable Richard Reddin Surrogate Judge of Probate

The petition of Margaret Doyle of Breadalbane aforesaid widow humbly showeth
1. That William Doyle late of Breadalbane in Queens County aforesaid miller departed this life on or about the eleventh day of July 1895 intestate leaving his widow, your petitioner and the following children as next of kin namely Mary Adeline Doyle, James Edward Doyle, William Millwood Doyle, Pierce Doyle, Arthur Doyle and Emmett Doyle.
2. That the said William Doyle was at the time of his death possessed of personal property of the value of eleven hundred dollars.
3. That the said William Doyle was at the time of his death in possession of ninety-nine acres of land of the value of three thousand dollars.
4. That your petitioner is desirous of obtaining letters of administration to the estate of the said William Doyle. Your petitioner therefore humbly prays that your honour will be pleased to grant administration of the estate of the said William Doyle to your petitioner.

I Margaret Doyle of Breadalbane in Queens County aforesaid widow make oath and say as follows

That the statement and allegations contained in the annexed petition are correct and true to the best of my knowledge information and belief
