Know all men by these presents that I Samuel Nelson of Prince Edward Island Administrator on the Estate of Samuel Street deceased and Joseph Robinson and Thomas Robinson of the Island aforesaid are held firmly bound unto Joseph Robinson Esquire, Surrogate in the sum of one hundred pounds to be paid to the said Joseph Robinson or to his successor in office to the which payment to be made and done we bind ourselves our Heirs, Executors and Administrators severally and firmly by these presents sealed with our seals this fifth day of October in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred and five and 45th of His Majesty's Reign. The condition of this obligation is such that if the within bounden Samuel Nelson Administrator of all and singular the goods and chattels of Samuel Street deceased do make a true and faithful Inventory of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased which have or shall come to the hands knowledge or possession of him the said Samuel Nelson and the same so made do exhibit into the Registry of the Court of Probate on or before the fifth day of April next ensuing and the same goods and chattels of the said deceased at the time of his death which at any time after shall come to the hands or possession of the said Samuel Nelson Do well and truly administer according to Law; and farther do make a just account of his Administration on or before the fifth day of October in the year eighteen hundred and six the same being first examined and allowed of by the Judge of the said Court and shall deliver and pay unto such person or persons --- Respectively as the said Judge by his decree pursuant to the intent and meaning of the Statute of the 22d & 23d Caro. 11. and the Act of the Assembly of this Island intituled an Act Relating to the Estates of Intestates shall limit and appoint and if it shall hereafter appear that any Last Will and Testament was made by the said deceased and the Executor therein named do exhibit the same into the said Court requesting to have it allowed & approved2
accordingly. If the said Samuel Nelson within bounden being thereunto required do render and deliver the said Letters of Administration, approbation of such Testament being first had and made in the said Court; Then this obligation to be void and of none effect or else to remain in full force and virtue.
