The Last Will and Testament of Rose Anne McGuigan ( - 1907, Kinkora)

In the Name of God, Amen.

This is the last will and testament of me Mrs Rose Anne McGuigan of Kinkora, P.E. Island.

I bequeath all of my estate real and personal to my son Albert McGuigan, reserving a life interest for her decent support and maintenance to my daughter Annie McGuigan.

I hereby appoint my said son and daughter Albert and Annie McGuigan to be the Executors of this my last will.

In witness whereof I hereto subscribe my name this 26th day of December, 1903.
