The Last Will and Testament of Roderick Gillis (c1815-1876?, Lot 14)

Know all men by these Presents that I Roderick Gillis of Lot 14 of Prince County Prince Edward Island Farmer being of sound disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and Testament.
First I order that the farm now being in my possession in Lot 14 be sold to the best advantage and the proceeds of the same to be put on Interest for the term of twenty years the annual interest to be paid to clergy for the benefit of soul the principle after the expiration of that time to be divided between my two nephews Phillip (A?) Gillis, Peter's son (and) Phillip McKinnon and their Heirs or Assigns.
Second I order all my movable affects to be sold at Auction by .... four chessles one horse sleigh a lot of scrap iron one grind stone new and one broad axe a size to be got. And one winch and with the proceeds of same to be given for some charitable purpose.
Third I order that all expenses attending my funeral will be paid out of the money in James Yeo's hands belonging to me and the Balance due me from the said James Yeo is to be given for masses for my soul.
Fourth I order that the notes hand drawn in my favour be collected together with all my other debts and the proceeds from the same to be put on Interest and the sum of five pounds to be paid to my sister Margaret for work she done for me.
Fifth I order that three sheep be given to my sister Sarah.
Sixth I ordain and appoint Phillip McKinnon and Peter Gillis, Jas son as Executors of this my last will and Testament, in testimony whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal, and publish and declare this to be my last will and Testament in the presence of the witnesses named below; this the 30th day of January 1875.signed Roderick (X) Gillis (his mark) witness
