This is the last Will and Testament of Michael McInnis.

To the Rev. Thomas Phealen I bequeath $50 fifty dollars.

To my wife Matilda I bequeath my farm of fifty acres of land during her life.
After my wife’s death I bequeath my farm to my son Joseph except the portion between the Main Road and the Shore which I bequeath to my son Ronald.

To my son John Angus I bequeath one dollar
To my son Michael I bequeath one dollar
To my son Jerome I bequeath one dollar
To my son Murdock I bequeath one dollar
To my son Peter I bequeath one dollar

I order that all any debts will be paid by the person holding or possessing my farm according as she or they may be able to do so as also my other bequests.
