In the name of God Amen:

I May Ann McIntyre of Lot or Township No 14, Prince County, Province of Prince Edward Island, on my bed of sickness but sound of mind and memory wishing to regulate my worldly business do make the following will:

I will and bequeath unto my beloved husband Daniel McIntyre his heirs and assigns forever all of this farm now I my possession (willed to me by my brother Daniel deceased) together with all the buildings thereon. I also will that my husband Daniel McIntyre will see that our daughter Flora Bell be educated and provided for in a manner becoming her age and sex and if she remains under his care until she is twenty-one years that she is to get fifty dollars or property to the value there of. And if my husband sells the above-mentioned farm that he is to place eighty dollars in the hands of responsible guardians or in a /Savings Bank for the use of Flora Bell.

In witness thereof I do set my hand and seal this twenty-fourth day of January AD 1884.
