WILL OF MARY MACHON OF MURRAY HARBOUR SOUTH
"WILL"
In the name of God, Amen, I Mary Machon, of Murray Harbour South, Prince Edward Island, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this as my last will and testament.
I hereby give and bequeath to Mary Margaret Beck, All my household furniture and all my clothes, bed clothes and bedding. Also some Hay & Oats, now in possession of Benjamin Sencabaugh of Murray Harbour South, and some potatoes in the Cellar of my house. I also give and bequeath to the above named person , the sum of Twenty dollars ($20.00) now in possession of Robert Thomson of Lot 61, P E I. I also give and bequeath to the same viz Mary Margaret Beck any amount of money left after Doctor Bills and funeral expenses are paid. I hereby appoint the Rev. E. Gillies as Executor of this my Will.
In Witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand this 13th day of November 1895.
Signed, published and declare by said Mary Machon as and for her last Will and testament in the presence of us present at the same time, who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto Subscribed our names as Witnesses to the due Execution thereof.

This Will was proved on the 18th day of March 1896 on the Oath of Thomas M. Beck, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto and was filed thereto and was filed and Registered the same day.
