In the name of God Amen
I Mary Kearney widow of the late Bernard Kearney of Sturgeon Lot 61 being advanced in years and the uncertainty of life and of sound mind and judgment do make this my last will and testament. That to my daughter Elizabeth Kearney widow of the late Terrence Lanigan all land [singular] the property herein aforementioned two horses, four cows, 1 calf eight sheep, three pigs household furniture enumerated as follows: Eleven beds and bedding, five bedstands, ten tables , one and a half dozen chairs, four stoves, household utensils and all within the dwelling house and outhouses with on plough two carts horse rake 400 bushels potatoes, one hundred and fifty bushels oats thirty six bushels wheat four tons hay.
I do herby call to witness this my last will and testament made and subscribed in the presence of the undersigned witnesses being the twenty eighth day of December 1877.
