I, Jane McNaughton of 103 Gerald Street in the City of Charlottetown in Queens County in Prince Edward Island Widow of the late Thomas McNaughton, do hereby will, devise and bequeath all my property real and personal to my son James D. McNaughton of Charlottetown, aforesaid, and I appoint the said James D. McNaughton the Executor of this my last will and testament.

As witness my hand this twentieth day of July AD 1936
