In the name of the father and the son and of the Holy Ghost, Amen. I James Rooney being of sound mind but weak in and believing that my days in this world will not be many, I have come to this resolution. Unto my wife Mary I bequeath my farm of land situate in Lot or township No.66 King’s County Brothers Road, compromising of 37 1/2 acres of land, together with all my horses, cows, sheep, 1 cart, 1 plough, harrows and all farming utensils belonging to the aforesaid James Rooney during her lifetime and at her death after discharging all debts, dues and demands that may or might accrue during her the aforesaid Mary his wife’s lifetime then the aforesaid property shall belong to John Rooney his the aforesaid James Rooney’s right and lawful heir.
