The Last Will and Testament of James McGuigan, ( - 1905, Lot 22)
This is the last will and testament of me James McGuigan Sr. of St. Patrick's Road Lot 22, Queens County, Prince Edward Island, farmer.
1) I hereby revoke all former wills and declare this to be my last will and testament.
2) I give devise and bequeath my estate and property real and personal as follows:
a) I devise and bequeath to my son Thomas McGuigan my farm consisting of 100 acres, One hundred acres described and bounded as follows - On the East by the St. Patrick's Road, on the South by Land in possession of Mrs. Felix McKenna (widow), on the West by road known as the New Orleans road, On the North by land formerly owned by Edward Cosgrove now in possession of James McGuigan Jr.
b) I also give devise and bequeath to my said son Thomas McGuigan, the stock, crop and farming implements of said property of which I die possessed.
c) I also will $100.00 One Hundred Dollars for masses for the repose of my soul. I appoint Rev. A.C. McAulay and Rev. P.D. McGuigan executors of this my will.
