The Last Will and Testament of James McAulay (- 1891, Lot 52)

In the name of God, Amen
I James McAulay of Township Number Fifty two in Kings County Prince Edward Island farmer being of sound mind and memory and in a proper and fit state to transact business do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.
I. I direct that all my just debts including funeral expenses and the expenses of administration be paid to my executors
II. I bequeath to my son Pius McAulay of Township Number Fifty two in Kings County aforesaid all that portion of my real estate and farm lying to the South of the road leading from the Pisquid Road to Lot or Township Number Forty eight in said Island of Prince Edward bounded as follows on the East by land owned by Malcolm McAulay on the West by land owned by Frank McAulay.
III. I bequeath to my wife Mary McAulay all that part of my real estate and farm lying to the North of the said road leading from Pisquid Road to Township Forty eight for her own use and benefit.
IV. I bequeath to my sons John and Pius McAulay equally between the two all that real estate and farm owned by me on Township Number Fifty one in Kings County aforesaid provided that^they shall each equally pay any claims that may be against that land.
And I hereby appoint my son Pius McAulay and Charles McAulay of Township Number Fifty two in Kings County aforesaid the executors of this my last will.
