The Last Will and Testament of James Landrigan (-1874)

I James Landrigan being desirous to settle my worldly affairs, do hereby make my last will and Testament as follows:
To my wife Mary Ann McAulay or Landrigan, I leave and bequeath all my goods and property whether in B***, stock or money, or possessions to which I have any claim to be employed by here in the support and maintenance of herself and my and her children. And I further appoint my brother David Landrigan as Trustee to see the provisions of this will carried out, and I further instruct him that should the said Mary Ann McAulay or Landrigan my wife re-marry that then my property and estate be wholly devoted to the maintenance of my children. This is my last Will and Testament signed by me this Eighth day of February Eighteen hundred and seventy four year in the presence of witnesses
