First I bequeath to my Nephew Alexander Henry all my real Estate comprising Know all men by these presents That I Flora Henry of Baltic Lot
Eighteen in the County of Prince in the Province of Prince Edward Island
Spinster being of a sound disposing mind and memory do on this
Nineteenth Day of April in the year of our Lord Nineteen Hundred make
this my last Will and testament.
Second My personal property I bequeath as follows. 7 Pasture Lots situated in Baltic Lot Eighteen subject to the following
charge viz: That He shall pay me Fifty dollars per year so long as I live.
If I should die before this year expires He shall be required to pay Fifty
dollars to George Garret Henry's daughter Florry Lee. Also That I am to
have the use of a horse and carriage whenever I want them.
Third I nominate and appoint John Casley and John E. Crafer Jr as my executors. To George Garret Henry's daughter Florry Lee I bequeath my Bed My
Rocking Chair to Janet Henry My Spinning Wheel to Jane Paynter My
Commode to Janet Henry
The remainder of my personal property I bequeath to my Nephew
Alexander Henry.

Crafer one of the subscribing witnesses thereto made oath that he was present and did See the Said testator Sign Seal and deliver the Same as and for her last Will and testament and that when She So did She was of Sound disposing mind and memory according to this deponent best discerning and that he Set and Subscribed his name as a Witness thereto in the Said testators presence and that Robert Clark Set his name as Witness thereto at the same time
