LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ELIZABETH MATILDA SANDERSON

I, Elizabeth Matilda Sanderson, being of sound mind maketh this my last will and testament.

After the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses I devise and bequeath as follows:

To my dear husband I bequeath my house and household furniture during his life and at his death the same to go to my son Gordon.

Also my claim on the sale of our farm to be equally divided between Gordon and my daughter Almeda at my husband’s death after his funeral expenses are paid and a monument procured.

I appoint John B. MacEwen as executor to the above will.
