In the name of God. I Donald McIntyre of Fairfield Kings County

Province of Prince Edward Island, farmer, make this my last will and testament. I give devise and bequeth my estate and property, real and personal as follows. That is to say: -

First I give devise and bequeath to my daughter, Sarah, wife of Michael Rice, the whole of my real estate and personal property consisting of eighty seven acres of freehold land and dwelling situate at Fairfield Kings County, Prince Edward Island. besides all the stock and farming implements, subject to the following conditions: namely that two dollars a year for ten years, shall be paid to the Parish Priest of St. Columbia Chapel for the purpose of offering high masses for the benefit of my Soul.

I appoint John I. McIntyre and Joseph McIntyre, Fairfield farmers, executors of this my will. In witness whereof: I have signed, and sealed, and published and declared this instrument as my will, at Fairfield Kings County on the 13^th day of July. AD one thousand eight hundred and ninety one.

The said Donald McIntyre, at Fairfield, on the 13^th day July, AD one thousand eight hundred and ninety one.

The said Donald McIntyre at Fairfield on the 13 day July AD one thousand eight hundred and ninety one, signed and sealed this instrument, and published and declared the dame as and for his last will and we at his request, and in his presence, have hereunto written our names, as subscribing witnesses.

This will was proved on the 4^th? Of October 1891? on the oath of Archibald McKenzie a subscribing witness, before Com Ronald McDonald and was filed and registered on the 28^th October 1891, as Certified by Charles Young, Judge of Probate.
