Know all men by these presents that I Donald McIntyre of Lot 14 Prince County, Farmer, being of sound disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament. First - I will and bequeath to my grandchild Augustine McLellan the remainder of my farm, about seventy acres, to him together with all my household furniture with house and barn and farming implements and also two mares and four sheep and two cows. I hereby ordain that my grandchild Augustine McLellan will maintain my wife and my daughter Cicily as long as they wish to remain with him. I also leave to my wife the remainder of the stock given to my grandchild Augustine McLellan as mentioned above. Second - I also give my grandchild Augustine McLellan the privilege of a road to the shore on the south side. Third - I also ordain that my son Laughlin will have the privilege of a road on the north side to the main road. Fourth - I ordain and appoint Neil McKinnon and Murdock McKinnon as Executors of this my last will and testament
