In the name of God, Amen I Daniel Delaney of Lot or Township number Twenty in Prince Edward Island Farmer, being weak in body but of sound disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say after payment of my just debts I give devise and bequeath unto Mary Doyle Sarah Doyle and Margaret Doyle my Grand Daughter Children of Charles Doyle by my Daughter Susannah Doyle, share and share alike all my Goods and Chattels and all my personal property and Estate wheresoever the same may be. To Have and to Hold the same to the said Mary Doyle, Sarah Doyle and Margaret Doyle their Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever and I do hereby make and appoint Robert Hodgson of Charlottetown Attorney at Law my Executor of this my last will and Testament. In witness whereof I the said Daniel Delaney the Testator have hereunto my hand and seal subscribed and set the tenth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty five.
Signed sealed published and declared by the Testator as and for his last will and Testament in our presence who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
