In the name of God, Amen.
The fourth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and fifty two.
I Alexander Cameron, Farmer, being very sick and weak of body, but of perfect mind and memory, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament, that is to say, Firstly I give and bequeath to Mary Cameron, my dearly beloved wife and Angus Cameron my son, my Farm of fifty five acres of Land with Buildings and Stock to be held jointly by them and at the death of either of them to the survivor and do further wish it to be distinctly understood that should my son Angus Cameron Marry and have issue and die during the lifetime of my said wife leaving heirs lawfully begotten, then it is my will that the Heirs of my said son Angus Cameron inherit my Property after the death of my said Wife Mary Cameron, but direct that my said Wife Mary Cameron and my said son Angus Cameron shall pay to my daughters Flora Cameron, Sarah Cameron, Mary Cameron, Jane Cameron and Margaret Cameron the sum of ten shillings Currency each and to be assisted as much as possible from my Property by my said Wife Mary Cameron and my said son Angus Cameron whom I constitute and ordain respectively Executrix and Executor of this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
