In the name of God Amen.
I Alexander Henry of the Royalty of Prince Town in Prince Edward Island Farmer, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and understanding but considering the uncertainty of life do on this nineteenth day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and sixty /1860/ make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner following that is to say I give devise and bequeath to my Son Charles His Heirs and Assigns of my real Estate, Pasture Lots Nos 441, 442, 463, 471 and 479 in Prince Town Royalty aforesaid with the understanding that the said Charles his heirs or Assigns pays or cause to be paid to his sisters Barbara and Catherine the sum of ten each for two of the Lots above named or reasonable time to be given for the payment after my decease I further devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Isabella One pasture Lot No 175 in said Royalty together with the dwelling House in which I now reside and all my personal Estate and Effects consisting of Household Furniture implements of Husbandry Farming Stock and Crops excepting one young mare which I give to my Daughters Barbara, Catherine and Flora for their own use and benefit. And the Pasture Lot No 175, above named, to be Flora's her Heirs and Assigns after the death of my wife, and if any of my children named above happen to die before marriage, then the portion of such deceased child shall be equally divided among the Survivors.
In Witness whereof I have to this my last will and Testament subscribed my name and affixed my seal on the day and year first above written.
