Transcriber's Note: This Dugald MacKinnon is not of my line, but this Will was pulled in research of my family and is presented to aid the research of other MacKinnons.
This Dugald is the son of Charles and Mary McKinnon and followed the trade of tailor in 1881.
The last will and testament of Dugald MacKinnon , Farmer of DeSable Prince Edward Island . I Dugald MacKinnon, considering the uncertainty of this mortal life, and being of sound mind and memory (thank God for the same) do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following (that is to say)__First I give and bequeath unto my beloved brother John all the interest and right I have in the farm which I now occupy and bequeathed to me by my father the late Charles McKinnon of DeSable subject to the same conditions respecting my Mother as named in the will of my father.
I also give and bequeath to him, my brother john, the stock and farming implements I am in possession of at the present time.
I also give an bequeath to my beloved sister Isabel the sum of one hundred dollars to be paid to her within five years from the date of my decease.
I also do nominate and appoint Donald McLean (Donald's son)^ Argyle Shore and John McKinnon (Dugald's son) Canoe Cove to be executors of this my last will and testament.
In testimony whereof I the said Dugald McKinnon have to this my last will and testament subscribed my name by making my mark in form of a cross this twentieth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety one
