This is the last Will and Testament of me William Hyde of Elliot or the West River in Queens County Prince Edward Island Farmer I appoint my brothers Samuel Hyde Henry Hyde and Charles Hyde Executors and the Survivors and Survivor of them and the Executors administrators and assigns of such Survivor all my real Estate. I also give and bequeath to them all my farm stock and implements upon Trust that is to say upon Trust first to sell and dispose of my homestead or farm on which I now reside consisting of one hundred and two and a half acres or thereabout situate on Lot or Township number thirty one with the dwelling house and buildings thereon and also the farm stock and implements [ ? ] wise from such sales as aforesaid [ ? ] just debts and funeral expenses to pay to my said wife Isabella Hyde the sum of three hundred and twenty four dollars and forty four cents without any delay and as soon as possible thereafter to invest the further sum of four thousand dollars in the name of my wife Isabella Hyde in back stock real estate or such other securities as they my said Trustees shall consider most profitable and beneficial for the interests of my said wife Isabella Hyde who is to be at liberty to draw the yearly interest of such investment for her own maintenance and support and whatever balance may remain of the monies arising from such sales as aforesaid after such investment I will shall be equally divided among my brothers Samuel Hyde, Henry Hyde, and Charles Hyde and their respective Executors administrators and [ ? ] share and share alike. After the decease of my wife Isabella Hyde the four thousand dollars to be invested in her name shall be disposed of as follows six hundred and forty eight dollars eighty nine cents I give and bequeath to my niece Isabella Jane Hyde, daughter of my brother Samuel, and the balance remaining of the said four thousand dollars I will shall be divided among my brothers Samuel Hyde, Henry Hyde, Charles Hyde and my sisters Ellen wife of David McEwen, and Jane wife of James Farquharson and there several and respective executors administrators and assigns shall share and share alike. I give my household furniture books linen weaving [ ? ] my dwelling house at the time of my decease.

This will was proved on the 26th February
1876 on the oath of Robert Stewart a subscribing witness
and on the same day Probate was granted to all of
the Executors.
