In the name of God Amen
I Donald Ramsay Seinor [sic] of Oyster Cove Prince County, Prince Edward Island, being at present in sound mind memory and judgement but considering the certainty of death and the uncertainty of the time and manner thereof, in order to prevent all disputes which might hereafter arise touching and concerning my wordly [sic] estate, Do hereby make and execute my last Will and Testament, as follows Vizt.-
I Give and Bequeath unto my nephew Archibald Ramsay all my real and personal estate of whatsoever the same may consist to be, by him his heirs and assigns enjoyed in as full and free a manner as I now hold and enjoy the same, Saving and reserving thereout Twenty five pounds to be paid by him the said Archibald Ramsay to my nephew Thomas Craig son of John Craig of Prince Town Royalty in the said Island in manner following that is to say withing [sic] Eighteen Calendar months from the day of my decease.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint John Craig aforesaid of Prince Town Royalty aforesaid to my true and lawful executor for this my last Will and Testament.
Dated at Oyster Cove this seventh day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fortysix. Signed sealed and executed in presence of

This Will was proved on the oath of William Wallace a witness on the [?faded] January 1853, and Probate thereof granted on the 1st of February, 1853 to John Craig, the Executor therein named.--
