Class leader at Upper Prince Street Methodist Church, Charlottetown. A school teacher who eventually became the principal of Prince of Wales College in Charlottetown, P.E.I. Joseph and Sarah are buried in People's Cemetery, St. Peter's Rd., Charlottetown. 1888 Local Methodist preacher on Charlottetown, Cornwall, Winsloe, Little York and Pownall circuit.

A quiet, kindly man, a true gentleman. Principal at Queen's School in Westmount,Quebec. Very active in establishing basketball ( "the cage sport" ) in Canada. Played in:- Halifax in 1905, Charlottetown 1907. Lived in Nelson, B.C. 1910-11. Returned to New Brunswick 1911(?). Arrived in Montreal in 1914. A keen rifleman, a club member, took part in many target shoots, said to be a good shot. Died at home in Westmount in 1964.

Rupert was a well known and respected Charlottetown surgeon and race horse owner. He and his wife are buried in People's Cemetery, Protestant Section, Lot 33. Cemetery 12, Stone 1043 with son Rupert "Freddie" ( stone only, body in France) . Stone 1044 is his brother Alfred Tennyson Seaman.
