I have a copy of his will:

In the name of God, Amen, I, Joseph Roblee of Tryon River, Prince Edward Island, Farmer, considering the uncertainty of this transitory life, and being at present, sick in body and in ill health, but at the same time of sound mind and memory, thanks be rendered to the Almighty God for the same, Do make and ordain this my last will and Testament, whereby I dispose of all my property, both real and personal, wherewith it has peased the Almighty in his providence to bless me in manner and form following, that is to say. First, I commend soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it and my body to the earth from whence it came, in hopes of a joyful resurrection through Jesus Christ, my redeemer.

Item. I direct that my funeral expences, all my just debts and the Charges of the probate of this, my Will, be paid and discharged out of my personal Estate.

Item. To my son, Thomas Roblee, on his attaining the age of twenty one years, I give and bequest all my Leasehold INterest of, in, and upon Fifty Acres of land, being tract or parcel of the Farm which, I, at present Occupy and enjoy situate and being in Tryon River aforesaid and is part of parcel of Lot in Township Number Twenty Eight, commencing at the corner of the Chatlottetown Road and to run due East extending along the said road 52 chain and 63 links, thence due North 9 chains and 50 links thence due East until it strikes the Settlement Road and from thence along the said road South to the place of beginning the same, to have and to hold, the said Thomas Roblee and to his heirs.

Item. To my daughter, Susannah Roblee, I give and bequeath 2 Milch, 2 Ewe Sheep, and one bed with bedding.

Item. To my daughter, Martha Clark, I give and bequeath one shilling sterling, she having received at her marriage, portion equivalent to what is hereby bequeathed to my daughter, Susannah

Item. For Nathaniel Clark, husband of my daughter, Martha, I give and gequeath for 3 years so much of my Marsh as shallcut and make 2 stands of hay of 1 ton each Stack or thereabout.

Item. To my beloved wife, Jane Roblee, I give and bequeath and devise all the rest residue and remainder of my property, both real and personal, wheresoever and whatsoever, to be enjoyed by her only during her natural life or so long as she shall remain my widow, and at her decease, or in case she marries again, there-in either of these cases, I make partition of my property as follows: That is to say the Whole of the marshbelonging and attached to the farm on which I reside being leasehold property, shall be divided equally amongst the whole of my male children, share and share alike, acre for acre, and with regard to the upland of the said Farm being about one hundred fifty Acres, exclusive of the Fifty acres devised to my son, Thomas, as above. I will and direct that an equal division thereof be made amongst the whole of my surviving sons, my son Thomas only excepting, to share and share alike Acre for Acre, the division lines to run North and South. And I further direct that that division on which the dwelling hous and barn shall happen shall be for the portion or share of the youngest surviving son, the remaining sons to take their shares by lot, whatsoever live stock implements of husbandry and so forth that shall or may be on or belonging to the said farm to be also in like manner divided among, my son Thomas excepted. With resepce to the property belonging to me at Ramshap in the Province of Nova Scotia and which at present is involved in some difficulty and doubt, I recommend and request that prompt and decisive legal measures be adopted to rescue it from its present obscurity so as to place it on a sure and firm basis, and if the same can be done and the property realized, I order that this also be divided equally amongst my surviving sons, Thomas excepted. let the property so recovered be either real or personal, I further direct that any of the landed property, whether leasehold or freehold, to be divided as above shall be subject to the following restrictions, that is to say, if any of my sons or their heirs shall be minded or desirous of disposing of his share, after division is made, that he shall first offer the same to his elder Brother or his heirs and in case he should reuse or decline the purchase, then to the next younger Brother or to his heirs and so on through the whole of them and that he shall on no wise sell the same for a set sum than what he had proffered the same to each of his brothers or their heirs in succession as before stated.

Item. I appoint my beloved wife, Jane Roblee, together with my good friends, John Leard Senior and William Lind, both of Tryon River aforesaid to be my Executors to this my Last Will and Testament to see the dame done and performed according to thetrue intent and meaning of the same. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty sixth day of March in the year of our Lord, One thousand eight hundred and twenty eight.

He was listed as a seaman in Hutchinson's directory for PEI in 1864. His will doesn't indicate children as he leaves everything to nieces and nephews. He also mentions his brother, James, in the will.

Know all men by these presents that I, Henry Robblee of Tryon, Prince County, Prince Edward Island, Farmer, being at present sick in body and in ill health, but at the same time of sound mind and memory, do make and ordain this my last will and Testament, whereby I dispose of all my property both real and personal. First, I direct that my funeral expenses and all my just debts and the charges of the

Probate of this my last will and Testament be paid and discharged out of my property viz All that piece or parcel of marsh lyning and being in Tryon, aforesaid usually known by the name of the Upper Marsh. Also, the horse cow sheep and pig and household furniture including the stove and farming implements as well as a note of hand of 6 pounds being noted and dated the ninth day of October, Anno Domino 1867 and given to me by Robert Potts, Medical Doctor. The said? piece of marsh, horse, cows, sheep and pig and household furniture farming implements and note of hand shall be set apart for the special purpose of defraying my funeral expenses, paying my just debts and the charges of the Probate of this my last will. In case of a balance being left after all my just debts and expenses are paid then in that case the balance shall be given to my niece, Eliza Robblee, for her benefit and behoof.

Item: To my brother, James Robblee, I give and demise all my freehold interest of in and upon 19 acres of land with the buildings thereon being part or parcel of the fram which I at present occupy and enjoy, lying and being on the western side of the Tryon Road, {Known as the homestead} and is part or parcel of Lot or Township number 28, that is to say: Starting from a stake fixed on the Tryon Road and running west along Robert Potts' south line until it strikes land ins the possession of John Lang, thence running south along said land until it strikes the Tryon Marsh, thence easterly along said marsh until it strikes the said Tryon Road, thence northerly along said road to the place of commencement, the same to have and to hold to the same James Robblee and to his heirs and assigns.

To my nephew, Nicolas Robblee, I give and bequeath my 12 1/2 acres of land in Tryon aforesaid lying and being in the rear or back part of the said Nicholas Robblee premises and also in the rear or back part of fifty acres of land now in the possession of the said Reuben Robblee, the above boundaries and different distances of said 12 1/2 acres of land can be seen in a plan drawn by John Clay, Land surveyor, and dathe 14th day of August, AD, 1869, the same to have and to hold to the same Nicolas Robblee, his heirs and assigns. And further that the partial claim I have of the Scow and the profits therefrom shall be divided between the said James Robblee and the said Nicholas Robblee: and the said James Robblee shall take possession of my claim and interest in the mussel mud digger.

Now it is to be understood by the executors of this my last will and Testament, that in the event of the decease of the said Nicolas Robblee and dying without an heir; thanin that case I give and demise unto my nephew Joseph Robblee all the within named premises which have been bequeathed to the said Nicholas Robblee: to have and to hold to the said JOseph Robblee, his heirs and assigns.

Item: I also give and demise to Robert Leard one acre of marsh or thereabouts, situate lying and being in Tryon aforesaid and is part or

parcel of Lot or Township 28 being bounded and described as follows: that is to say: Starting from the "big spring" and running by the wandering of the creek leading out from this and "big spring" until it strikes marsh in the possession of John Robblee; thence running northerly along said John Robblee's marsh until it strikes the fence bordering on the marsh: thence easterly along said fence until it strikes the said "Big Spring" or to the point of commencement, the same to have and to hold to the said Robert Leard his heirs and assigns.

I also give and demise to the said Robert Leard all my poultry for his special benefit. Item: I reserve the remaining part of my marsh situate in Tryon as aforesaid as well as the other reservation already mentioned to go towards paying my just debts and other expenses; and in case of an overfiles? or a balance left, it shall also be given to my said neice, Eliza Robblee.

Item: To my niece Eliza Robblee, I give and bequeath the sum of eighty pounds, Prince Edward Island currency as well as the the interest which will be due thereon for her own personal benefit the said amount being specified and named in a note of hand held by me from Robert Potts, Medical Doctor, and dated the ninth day of October, AD, 1867. Also I give and bequeath to my said niece, Eliza Robblee all of my geese for her special benefit.

Item: I appoint my good friends, John Lang and Matthew Hood, both of Tryon aforesaid to be my Executors to this my last Will and Testament, to see the same done and performed, according to the times, intent and meaning of the same.

In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 13th day of June in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and seventy.

His Will:

In the name of God, Amen I Thomas Robblee of Granville, County of Annapolis and Province of Nova Scotia, Yeoman, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and ordain this myu last will and testament in manner following: I resign my soul to God Almighty and hope for salvation through the merits of my blessed Redeemer Jesus Christ. I desire to be interred as my Executors hereinafter, named shall direct. As to my temporal estate I shall make the following disposition. First, I order that all my just debts shall be fully paid.

I will and bequeath to my sons Thomas and Joseph, the farm on which I now live and the marsh in front belonging thereto, also the marsh in front of William McKenzie's except eight rods and a half a rod, adjoining the lower range of the marsh to be especially divided amongst them, the west half to Joseph and the east half to Thomas, their heirs and assigns. I will and gequeath to my son Thomas the Daly place, the store and wharf thereon, his heirs and assigns forever.

I will and bequeath to my son Joseph, his heirs and assigns what land of lot No. 6 has not been deeded to my son Harris, being about five rods on the west side of the Daly place from the road to the river.

I will and bequeath to my son John, his heirs and assigns the west side of lot No. 6. Also one half of marsh on the west side with the exception of one acre on the west side called Coleman marsh adjacent to the river.

I will and bequeath to my son Harris, his heirs and assigns, the east half of Lot No. 6. the lines running sic rods fro the north side of the barn where it now stands, also eight rods and one half of marsh beginning on the division line between the two lines of north and continuing said widths across the lot of marsh in front of Wm. McKenzie. Also one acre of marsh adjoining the bank of the river out of the Coleman marsh, so called.

As resepects my part of the property at Wallace, Nova Scotia, left me by my father, I give the same to my sons Thomas and Joseph, their heirs and assigns, provided William Tuttle to whom I sold it should fail to pay the note of twenty five pounds, eight shillings and sixpence that I held against him with interest from date August 22, 1832. In case said Tuttle pas said note with interest when called for, my sons Thomas and Joseph shall give him just claim.

I will and bequeath to my sons Thomas and Joseph, their heirs and assigns, and to be equally divided, my personal property, except the household furniture.

I will and bequeath to my son James, five shillings, also all my demands in book accounts or otherwise against him.

I will and bequeath to my daughter Sarah, forty five pounds to be paid to her by Thomas and Joseph, also to be comfortably provided with a home in homestead during her life as long as she remains single.

I will and bequeath to my daughters Ann and Susan, their heirs and assigns, to each, five pounds in cash and also a note of hand against William Henry and Reed Hall to be paid by my sons John and Harris.

John, Thomas, Harris and Joseph shall provide a good home and satisfactory support at an equal cost, for their mpther where she may prefer to live. If she prefers to porvide for herself, then my sons above named shall pay here twenty pounds a year for her life. Provided that one or more of my sons, John, Thomas, Harris, and Joseph shall fail to pay his or their proportion of their mother's support or dower, the property of mine willed to them shall be rented to pay such demands to my wife, their mother.

I will and bequeath to my son John all my wearing apparel.

I will and bequeath to my wife, Hannah, all my household furniture to do with as she may deem proper and I nominate my son Thomas and Joseph Robblee, of Granville, Executors to this my last will and testament.

In Witness whereof, I have herein to set my hand this eighth day of November in theyear of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and forty nine.

Notes for WILLIAM ROBBLEE:

Received a land grant of 200 acres in 1809 in Nova Scotia and has a family of 3 at that time. He was the administator of his father, John's, estate. However, the original land grant was not settled until 1832, about 4 years after the death of his older brothe, Joseph. He was a pew holder at the establishment of a Free Meeting House for All Gospel Preachers in 1834. Emmigrated to England some time after that and before 1841.

In the name of God Amen, I John Robblee of Tryon, Prince County, Prince Edward Island in the Dominion of Canada considering the uncertainty of this transitory life and being at present sick in body and in ill health but at the same time of sound disposing mind and memory do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament whereby I dospose of all my property both real and personal in manner and form following that is to say:

First: I direct that my funeral expenses and all my just debts and the charges of the probate of this my last will and Testiment be paid and discharged out of my real and personal property.

Item: I give devise and bequeth unto my only son John Wesley Robblee all my real and personal property {except the reservations herein after named} both leasehold and freehold which I am at present seized? amd possessed of situate and lying and being in Tryon aforesaid and is part of or parcel of Lot or Township number twenty eight {28} together with all and singular the appurtances? and everything thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining the same to have and to hold unto the same John Wesley Robblee his heirs and assignees' forever.

Now, it is to be fully understood by my executors herein after named that by virtue of this my last will and Testiment that my said son John Wesley Robblee his heirs executors administrators or assignors shall pay or cause to be paid out of the said property unto my beloved wife Frances Robblee the sum of six hundred and forty eight dollars and eighty eight cents $648.88 of lawful current money fo the said Island. That is to say three hundred and twenty four dollars and forty four cents to be paid to her six months after my decease, and three hundred and twenty four dollars and forty four cents at the expiration of twelve months after my decease for her own special benefit.

Item: I also give and devise unto my beloved wife Frances Robblee the free and absolute use of my dwelling house which stands on the said premises for and during her natural life or as long as she remains my widowand that and after either her marriage or death the said dwelling house shall then become the property of my said son John Wesley Robblee. And further that my said wife Frances Robblee shall a right of way to the said dwelling house and also free acess to the well of water, when required.

His Will

In the name of God, Amen, I, Joseph Robblee of Tryon River, Prince County, Prince Edward Island, Blacksmith, considering the uncertainty of this transitory life and being at present sick in body and in ill health, but at the same time of sound mind and memory, thanks be rendered to the Almighty God for the same, do make and ordain this my last will and testiment whereby I dispose of all my property both real and personal wherewith it has pleased Almighty God in his providence to bless me in manner following, that is to say:

First I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God tha gave it, and my gody to the earth from whence it came in hope of a joyful resurection through Jesus Christ, my Redeemer.

To my son Nicholas Robblee, I give and demise all my freehold in and uon 31 1/2 acres of land which I at present occupy and enjoy, lying, situate and being in Tryon River. Aforesaid and is part or parcel of Lot 02 Twonship number 28 commencing at the stake fixed on the east side of the settlement road being in the north west angle of 50 acres of land in the possession of Reuben Robblee, thence following the north back line of said land north 85 degrees 25 minutes east 51 chains or to the land the porperty of Henry Robblee. Hence north 4 degrees 35 minutes west 3 chains 66 links. Thence north 85 degrees 50 minutes east 14 chains and 20 links or to proposed line of road. Thence along said road north 4 degrees 10 minutes west 3 chains and 41 links or to the south east angle of the land this property of James Robblee thence south 85 degrees and 15 minutes west 14 chains and 20 links thence south 85 degrees 35 minutes west 50 chains or to the settlement road thence along said road southward to the stake at the place of commencement agreeagly to a plan of division drawn by John Clay, Land Surveyor and dated the 14th day of August, 1869. I also give and bequeath to my son Nicholas Robblee all of the stock, farming implements, buildings, and belonging.

Also, I give and demise to my said son Nicholas Robblee all of the marsh situate lying and being in Tryon aforesaid and is abutted and bounded and descried as follows: that is to say: on the north by landin the possession of John Lang, on the west by the Tryon River, and the marsh belonging to Sarah Robblee, on the south by the said river and on the east by marsh the property of James Robblee. the said boundaries geing given according to eht plan of division drawn by John Clay, Land Surveyor and dated the 24 November, 1865. Also to have a piece or parcel of marsh situated in Tryon River, aforesaid and known as the Upper Marsh and bounded by marsh in the possession of John Lang and Robert Simmons the same to have and to hold the above mentioned land and marsh, stock, farming implements, buildings, and appurtenances thereunto belonging to the said Nicholas Robblee and to his male heirs.

Item: To my beloved wife, Ann Robblee, in order that she shall be provided for and receive a maintenance out of the products of said property, I do therefore make the following restrictions and provisions. That my said son Nicholas Robblee shall and will porvide and maintain my said wife Ann Robblee out of the porduct of the said property and further that she shall have full control andn authority in the management of affairs connectedwith the property and its products for and during her natural life or so long as she shall remain my widow and at her decease or in the case she marries again then in either case the said Nicolas Robblee and his heirs shall be ever free from supporting or maintaining the said Ann Robblee and further that she shall not have any further control or authority claims or demands of or from the said Nicolas Robblee or his heirs.

Item: To my son, David Penman Robblee, I give and bequeath the sum of one shilling sterling. He at this moment being absent from the Island.

Item: To my daughter, Lydia Robblee, I give and bequeath 2 ewe sheep to be given to her when demanded.

Item: To my sons, Joseph Robblee and James Reid Robblee, I give and bequeth each of them one shilling sterling. {The said amount not to be given to the same Joseph Robblee provided he takes possession of said property the provisions are here after mentioned.

Item: To my daughters, Jane Robblee and Adelaide Robblee, I give and bequeth the sum of one shilling sterling each.

Item: To my youngest son, George Robblee, I give and bequeth the sum of one shilling sterling.

I have further to direct and request that the younger of my children shall remain with my said wife, Ann Robblee, and my son Nicholas Robblee until they are considered by the executer of this my last will and testament to be able to go to service.

Item: In the event of the decease of this within named Nicholas Robblee dying withou a male heir, or if he should feel disposed at any time hereafter to relinquish and give up the said property, then in either case I give and demise to my son Joseph Robblee the said within mentioned land and marsh, stock farming implements, buildings and appurtenances thereunto belonging the same to have and to hold to the same Joseph Robblee and to his male heirs and further that in case that my said son Joseph Robblee shall get possession of the said property, I direct that he comes under the same restrictions as the said Nicholas Robblee in regard to the support and maintenance of his said mother Ann Robblee as well as and every other case respecting the same.

Item: With respect to my blacksmith tools and shop, they shall be for the special benefit and use of those of my children who shall remain on the said property.

Item: I appoint my beloved wife Ann Robblee together with my good friends, Joh Lang and Warren Lord, both of Tryon River aforesaid to be my exectutor of this my last will and testament to see the same done and preformed according to the true intent of the same.

In the name of God, Amen, I James Robblee of Tryon in Prince County of Lot or Township 28 in the Province of Prince Edward Island, Farmer, considering the uncertainty of this transitory life and being at present sick in body and in ill health but at the same time of sound disposing mind and memory and being desirous of settling my worldly affairs and directing how the Estate with which it has pleased God to bless me should be disposed of after my decease while I have strength and capacity so to do, do make and publish this my last will and Testament.

And as to my worldly estate and all the property real personal or mixed of which I shall die seized and possessed, or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease I devise bequeath and dispose of in the manner following to wit

First: My will is that all my just debts funeral expenses and the Probate of this my last will and Testament, shall by my Executors, hereinafter named, be paid out of my estate as soon after mydecease as shall by them be found convenient.

Second: I direct and tequest that my Executors hereinafter named shall as soon after my decease as possible make sale of all my porperty both real personal or mixed {With the exception of the household furniture} and themoney so realized for the the same shall be deiposed of in the following manner.

Item: To my son John Henry Robblee I give and bequeath unto him, the sum of seven hundred and thirty dollars {$730} as well as the clokc and all my joiners tools for his special benefit and behoff.

Also: To my daughter Ada Robblee I give and bequeath unto her the sum of fifty dollars {$50} as well as one feather bed for her special benefit.

Also: To my daughter Susan Elizabeth Robblee I give and bequeath unto her the sum of sevety dollars {$70} as well as one feather bed and the chest of drawers for her special benefit and behoof.

Also: To the remaining part of my family, viz. Sarah Jane Robblee, William Warren Robblee and Jessie Robblee, I give and bequeath unto each of them the sum of seventy {$70} for them and each of their special benefit and support.

Now: It is to be understood by my Executors that the respective legacies bequeathed to my children herin nmaed shall be put out to interest and the interest or principal or both shall be given to them when my Executors in their wisdom shall think proper to do so.

Item: To my beloved wife, Margaret Robblee I give and bequeath unto her the balance of the money so realized for my estates {that is, after payment of my just debts, my childrens' legacies and funeral expenses} in lieu of her dower as well as on feather bed and bedding and the balance of the household furniture for her own special benefit as behoof the same both money and furniture to be given to her as soon after my decease. as my Executors shall by them be found convenient.

Lastly: I appoint my good firends John Lord and William Warren Lord both of Tryon to be my Executors to this my last will and Testament, to see the same done and performed according to the true intent and meaning of the same. The last will and Testament of William Robblee of Tryon River, Prince Edward Island, knowing the uncertainty of life and not knowing but that I may depart this life during this my present illness I desire to cmmit the salvation of my soul to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in the full assurance of eternal life through him.

It is my wish and desire to bestow upon my wife Thankful all my interest in the property on which I and my family are now residing; that is to say all my share of the Roblee Estate which shall be in my possession and not sold before my death to be conveyed to her in fee simple, on the following conditions tha is to say to give to my son Caleb Hector one english shilling. After the death of Joseph Robblee in 1828, land left to him by his father, John, was settled in 1832. The portion bequeathed to his brother, Thomas, was sold to a William Tuttle and Thomas held the mortgage. In his will of 1849, Thomas, leaves the matter to be settled by his sons. If Wm. Tuttle clears the mortgage, he is to be given clear title. I wonder if the records from 1832 record the results.

In the name of God Amen, I Wesley Robblee of Tryon of Lot or Township Twenty-eight {28} in Prince County in the Province of Prince Edward Island, farmer, being in ill health but of sound disposing mind and memory and being desirous of settling my worldly affairs and directing how the Estate which it has pleased God to bless me, shall be disposed of after my decease while I have strength and capacity so to do, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revolking and making null and void all other last Wills and Testaments by me heretofore made.

And as to my worldly estate and allthe porperty, real personal or mixed of which I shall die seized and possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease Idevise bequeath and dispose thereof in manner following to wit:

My Will is hat all my just debts and funeral expenses and the charges of the Probate of this my last Will and Testament shall by my Executors hereinafter named be paid out of my Estate as soon after my decease , as shall by them be found convenient.

Item: I give and bequeath to my son Royminto Robblee and to his male heirs on his attaining to the full age of Twenty-one years all my real Estate and personal property situate in Tryon together with all the Stock {except what is bequeathed to the other members of the family} farming implements and all the appurtenances hereunto belonging.

Item: I give and bequeath to my son Frank Robblee on his attaining the age of Twenty One Years the sum of One hundred Dollars in Cash out of the products of my said property.

Item: I give and bequeath to my son James Robey Robblee, on his attaining the age of Twenty-one Years the sum of one hundred dollars in cash , out of the products of my said property.

Item: I give and bequeath to my son George Robblee on his attaining the age of Twenty-one years, the sum of One hundred Dollars in cash out of the products of my said porperty.

I give and bequeath to each of my three daughters, Ella Maud Robblee, Hattie Jane Robblee and Clara May Robblee one bed and bedding, one sett of Bedroom furniture, and one cow, to be given to each of them by my said son Royminto Robblee, free of charge when my Executors shall request my said son Royminto Robblee so to do. Should my beloved wife Mary Louisa Robblee give birth to a child before or shortly after my decease- if a male child he shall receive on his attaining to the age of Twenty-one years the same legacy as each of my three sons / One hundred Dollars in cash out of the products of my said property. Should it be a female child, she shall receive the same as my hereinbefore named daughters- said bequest to be given to her by my said son Royminto Robblee so to do.

It is to be understood by my Executors that my said son Royminto Robblee shall maintain and support my said children whilst they remain on the homestead, and unmarried providing they assist in the work connected with my said property. And further that my said son Royminto Robblee shall support and maintain my said wife Mary Louisa Robblee while she remains my widow and on the homestead; and provide her with all the necessaries of life, both in sickness and in health out of the products of my said property and also that she shall have the privilege of using a shose and waggon when required by her. Should my beloved wife Mary Louisa Robblee at amy time become dissatisfied to live on the homestead and wish to live with some other person or persons then and in that case my said son Royminto Robblee shall pay unto her yearly and every year the sum of Sixty Dollars nin Cash while she remains my widow, out of the products of my said property.

I also give and bequeath to my beloved wife one feather bed and bedding for her special benefit.

Should my said son Royminto Robblee die without a male heir, then and in that case my said son Frank Robblee on his attaining to the age of twenty-years shall become the sole inheritor of my said property and his male heirs, and shall comply with the same requirements and conditions as my said son Royminto Robblee, that isif the requirements and conditions have not been fulfilled.

It is also to be understood by my Executors, that my said wife Mary Louisa Robblee shall have the full control and management of my said property and receive the profits and issues thereof, for the support of herself and children until such time as my said son Royminto Robblee shall have attained the age of Twenty-one years.

Lastly- I do hereby appoint my good friends George Stordy and Johnstone Howatt both of Tryon, to be my Executors t this my last Will and Testament t see the same done and performed according to the true intent and meaning of these presents.

His Will:

I, Roy MInto Robblee of Tryon in Prince Edward Island, Farmer, declare this to be my last will and testament. I bequeath to my mother Mary Louisa Wooldridge, wife of Tristen Wooldridge, all my household furniture and effects in my dwelling house, also one horse and sleigh and one set of driving harness. I devise and bequeath to my brother-in-law William Howatt of Albany in Prince County and my neighbor Henry Callbeck of Tryon aforesaid, Framer, all my real property consisting of about one hundred and twenty two acres of land withthe buiildings thereon and rights of way those belonging situate at Tryon Lot twenty eight in Prince County aforesaid and receive all the rest and remainder of my personal property upon trust; that the said William Howatt and Henry Callbeck or the survivor of them, or other the trustees or trustee for the time being of this my will [hereinafter called my trustees] shall sell, call in and convert in to money such parts of the said real and personal estate and premises as shall not consist of money, and so that they shall have full power and discretion to postpone the sale, calling in or conversion of the whole or any part or parts of the said real and personal estate and premises during such period as they shall think fit, without being responsible fo loss, and I declare that my trustees may sell the same premises either together or in parcels and either by public auction or private contract and upon such terms and subject to such conditions and in such manner in all respects as they shall think fit; with power to buy in or receive or vary any contract -for sale, and to sesell without being responsible for loss, and for the purposes aforesaid to execute and do al such assurances and things as they shall think fit: and shall out of the moneys to arise from the sale calling in and conversion of or forming part of my said real and personal estate. First,: pay my funeral and testamentay expenses and debts. Second: pay to my sister Maud wife of Robert Bell the sum of twenty dollars. Third: pay to my sister Janie, wife of William Howatt the sum of twenty dollars.

Fourth: pay to my sister Clara May the sum of one hundred dollars in addition to the personal property bequeathed to her by my father Wesley Robblee which said personal property or its equivalent in money shall be delivered or paid to my said sister by my executors.

Fifth: Divide the reisdue of said money into five equal shares and to pay one share thereof to my said mother and hold the remaining four shares in trust for my four brothers, Frank Robblee Jeames Robblee George Robblee and Wesley Robblee equally to be divided between them provided however that the several bequests made by my said father under hies wil to my brothers James Robblee, George Robblee,

and Wesley Robblee shall be taken as formeing part of their respective shares under this my will in said division and the said lands and estates shall be released from the payment or lieu of said bequests. The money hereby divided and bequeathed to my said brothers shall be deposited upon interest by my trustees in the Dominion Government Savings Bank and each of my said brothers shall be paid his share with the accumulated interest thereof on his attaining the age of twenty one years. In case amy one of my said brothers shalldie without issue before attaining the age of twenty one years the share of the brother so dying shall be paid to my trestees to his surviving brothers or brother. I declare that the receipt of my trustees for the purchase money of my porperty shall effectively discharge the person or persons paying the same and from being concerned to see to the applications or being answerable for the loss or misappplications thereof. The proviso? of appointing a new trustee or new trustees to this my will shall be dercisable? by my said mother during her lifetime and after her death by the surviving on continuing trustees or trustee. I hereby appoint the said William Howatt and Henry Callbeck Executors of this my will. I hereby appoint Francis Ann Robblee to be the sole executrix of this my last will and testament.

I hereby direct and empower my executrix to pay all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses at soon as convenient to do so.
