The Descendants of Angus MacPhee of Lot 67, Prince Edward Island

About 1840 a group of MacPhees emigrated from Scotland and settled in Lot 67 on the Junction Road. This group included Angus MacPhee, his wife Mary and daughter Ann as well as Angus' siblings Malcolm, Emily and Flora. A Peter MacPhee and wife Mary also came at this time.

Records at the PEI Archives show that Angus MacPhee and Peter MacPhee jointly leased one hundred acres in Lot 67 from Sir Gabriel Wood on June 24, 1844, the north half going to Angus and the south half to Peter.
