It includes the salaries of railway clerks, city postal clerks, the postmaster, earnings by office and more. One might note: it also includes the costs of the winter Ice Boat mail service, and the boarding of postal clerks in Sackville during the winter of 1902/03, and a comparison of earnings, costs with the preceeding year....
