Letter from Alexander Van Iderstine, Shoemaker of Murray Harbour PEI to his brother John B. Van Iderstine of Tabusintac, New Brunswick, Undated 1853 or 1854.

Dear Brother John

As I have directed this letter to you will please send it to William or give it to him when he comes to see you and I expect he does pretty often. You may think it strange that I have written it separate from the letter but as there was not space I thought it better to write it by itself and also as I did not mention anything about the Death of my Dear wife in the note to William I hope you will answer this letter as soon as you can.
