The Descendants of Donald Campbell of Dundas, Lot 55
The information on this family is an ongoing project and some of the information is yet unproven. This report is meant as a research tool only.
First Generation
1. DONALD1 CAMPBELL, son of John CAMPBELL and Catherine, was born in Prince Edward Island, Canada 1815. Donald died between 1882-1890 in Prince Edward Island, Canada, at 67 years of age.
He married twice. He married ELIZABETH MCCORMACK c 1852. Elizabeth was born c 1827. Elizabeth died 14 January 1864 in Dundas, Kings County, PEI, at 36 years of age. He married MARGARET WALKER in St. George's/Michael's Church, Kings County, PEI, 1 October 1867. Margaret was born in Prince Edward Island, Canada 15 February 1834. Margaret died 8 August 1902 at 68 years of age. Her body was interred in St. George's Cemetery, Kings County, PEI.
He was listed as a resident in the census report in 1881 Dundas.
Donald CAMPBELL and Elizabeth MCCORMACK had the following children:

2. LOUISA2 CAMPBELL (Donald1) was born in Prince Edward Island, Canada 24 August 1854.
She was listed as a resident in the census report in 1881 Dundas. She was baptized in St. George's/Michael's Church, Kings County, PEI, 7 October 1854.
Louisa CAMPBELL had the following child:

3. JOHN D2 CAMPBELL (JOHN DON) (Donald1) was born in Prince Edward Island, Canada 10 Feb 1860.
He married MARY ANN MORRISON in St. George's/Michael's Church, Kings County, PEI, 11 February 1890. Mary was born in Prince Edward Island, Canada 8 Dec 1861. Mary was the daughter of John MORRISON and Nancy MACDONALD.
He was listed as a resident in the census report in 1881, 1891, 1901 Dundas. He was listed as a resident in the census report in 1890 in St. George's Parish.
John D CAMPBELL (John Don) and Mary Ann MORRISON had the following children:
i. LIZZIE CATHERINE3 was born in Dundas, Kings County, PEI 18 February 1891. She was baptized in St. George's Church, Kings County, PEI, 15 January 1891. She was listed as a resident in the census report in 1891,1901 Dundas.
ii. DANIEL JOSEPH was born in Dundas, Kings County, PEI 13 April 1893. He was baptized in St. George's Church, Kings County, PEI, 12 April 1893. He was listed as a resident in the census report in 1901 Dundas.
iii. MARTIN AENEAS was born in Dundas, Kings County, PEI 6 November 1894. He was baptized in St. George's Church, Kings County, PEI, 7 November 1894. He was listed as a resident in the census report in 1901 Dundas.
iv. JOHN was born in Dundas, Kings County, PEI.
v. ANGUS was born in Dundas, Kings County, PEI.
4. SARAH ANASTASIAN2 CAMPBELL (Donald1) was born 15 February 1862. Sarah died 18 June 1944 in St. Margaret's Cemetery, Kings County, PEI, at 82 years of age. Her body was interred in St. Margaret's Cemetery, Kings County, PEI.
She married NEIL JEROME MACDONALD in St. Margaret's Church, Kings County, PEI, 7 February 1895.
She was baptized 5 March 1862.
Sarah Anastasian CAMPBELL and Neil Jerome MACDONALD had the following child:

5. ELIZABETH CATHERINE M.2 CAMPBELL (Donald1) was born in Dundas, Kings County, PEI 1 Oct 1869. Elizabeth died 29 Jun 1898 in San Francisco, California, at 28 years of age. Her body was interred 1898 in Macdonald Plot, Holy Cross Cemetery, Colma, CA.
She married ANTHONY J MACDONALD in St. George's/Michael's Church, Kings County, PEI, 8 Oct 1889. Anthony was born in Burnt Point, Georgetown Royalty, Kings County, PEI c. 1850. Anthony was the son of Roderick (Burnt Point) MACDONALD and Christina MCPHEE. Anthony died 11 Sep 1916 in San Francisco, California, at 66 years of age. His body was interred 1916 in Macdonald Plot, Holy Cross Cemetery, Colma, CA.
She was baptized in St. George's/Michael's Church, Kings County, PEI, 24 Nov 1869. She was listed as a resident in the census report in 1881 Dundas.
Elizabeth Catherine M. CAMPBELL and Anthony J MACDONALD had the following children:
i. MARGARET GERTRUDE3 was born in San Francisco, California 8 Sep 1890. Margaret died 21 Feb 1910 in San Francisco, California, at 19 years of age. Her body was interred in Macdonald Plot, Holy Cross Cemetery, Colma, CA. She was baptized in St. Peter's Church, San Francisco, Ca, 12 Oct 1890.
