It can be readily seen from the list given that the electorate of Charlottetown has been for the past largely monopolizing the best of all the Dominion offices, besides all the minor posts in every department of the public service. It is to be hoped in future if any changes take place or any new appointments be made that the country districts will not be overlooked as we have a number of intelligent, qualified young countrymen - sober, good, worthy mem - holding Civil Service licenses, who would, I am sure, be most happy to perform good honest services in the public departments at the salaries drawn by their more fortunate and favoured friends of Charlottetown.
It is to be hoped that the local representatives will see to it and give this matter their careful consideration.
Most respectfully yours,
JUSTICE.
